A user group is assigned a specific role (function group) for a specific file plan item or for a specific entity. This screen shows the access control list records available in the system. In this way, the authorization matrix of the system is seen at a glance.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/kod-a.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/greendocs-docs-006.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1044 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/kod-a.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/greendocs-docs-006.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"923\" height=\"311\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>By pressing the Edit button, the selected access control record can be modified.<\/li>\n<li>Press to delete the selected access control record.<\/li>\n<li>This section is used to search through the whole list.<\/li>\n<li>Press this button to transfer the list on the screen to the Excel document.<\/li>\n<li>If the user group or role is passive, they look in orange color.
