If the entity that we want to add does not have a parent, we should add it with the + button. For example, if we are going to add entity in a folder of file type, it should be done here.
If we are going to add an entity that has the higher-level entity, We must find it by searching first, then select Add Entity option from the right-click menu. For example, if a document is to be inserted into an existing folder, the folder is found first and then right-click to the folder and the Add Entity option is selected.
The fields of the entity are filled.
If the entity is document type, files can be added.
